From the moment you step into Pilloni, you are greeted with a cozy and intimate ambiance. The ivory-coloured Sardinian-marble bar top and shelves of wine in the bar area beckon you to unwind and savour a glass of your favourite wine, perfectly paired with Pilloni's fresh oysters and house-cured anchovies with crostini and smoked butter. The restaurant floor offers a glimpse into the kitchen, where the chefs skilfully cook over the open fire and coal, adding a touch of romance to the dining experience.

The menu at Pilloni is a celebration of Sardinian cuisine, with a focus on meat and seafood cooked over flame. Whole fish, lobsters, suckling pig, and lamb are just some of the mouth-watering options that await you. The Spaghetti Alle Vongole with fresh baby clams and Bottarga is a standout dish, with perfectly cooked pasta and flavourful clams that transport you straight to the shores of Sardinia.
