Much loved foodie heaven and a Southbank favourite, Regional Flavours returns in 2021 as a tasty three part series across June to October. Offering a suite of new programs, immersive experiences, stallholder offerings and esteemed chefs and restaurateurs. Grazed and Grown from 18 until 20 June looks to celebrate Australia’s incomparable landscape, Global Fiesta, the from 20 to 22 August will celebrate International food trends and Australia’s rich multicultural DNA, while Providore Park, from 15 to 17 October, will conclude the 2021 series celebrating wine, cheese and chocolate.

Melrose, the Venzin Group’s latest venture at the river end of Builmba’s Oxford Street, is one of Brisbane’s most anticipated openings of 2021 and comes hot on the heels of the group’s popular Darvella patisserie which opened at the end of 2020.
