Michelin starred chef and one of Brisbane’s best internationally renowned chef exports, Alex Xinis, has returned home and teamed up with the city’s most iconic Greek restaurant, Nostimo. Alex is leading the Nostimo team in serving a new meaningful menu, paying homage to the simple and refined Greek cuisine he’s grown up surrounded by including during his stays with his extended family in Athens and Ithaki, Greece.
